This holiday centre is situated in central Italy, on the border of the regions Marche and Abruzzo. The town was founded in the 9th century B.C. Characteristic for this town are palms (more than 7000), thanks to them it has a tropical character. That is why in this part its called Riviera delle Palme (Palm Beach). The beach in San Benedetto del Troto is 5 km long with fine sand and gently shelving beach. This seaside promenade fringed by the palms with paths is especially for those who like biking, roller-skating and jogging. In the town there are tennis courts, pools, an athletic and football stadium, a stadium for roller skating, bowling green, some playgrounds for children. You can also find here many restaurants and coffee bars. It is ideal for spending a pleasant holiday.
LOCATION: The luxury residence has two buildings and is situated only 70 m from the sandy beach.
ACCOMODATION: All apartments are pleasantly furnished and include sat TV, telephone, safe, dishwasher, washing machine and balcony or terrace. Air-conditioning, parking place and bed linen charged (paid in the place).
Type B4 for 4 people - in residence Mediterraneo II, includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Type T6 for 6 people - in residence Mediterraneo II, includes a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds, living room with two-bed folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet.
Type T6/7 for 7 people - in residence Mediterraneo I, it has two floors, includes bedroom with two beds, living room with two-bed folding soda, kitchenette and toilet with a washbasin; on the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed and folding sofa for one person, bathroom with shower and toilet.
BOARD: Self catering.
RESIDENCE FACILITIES: In the residence Mediterraneo I. there is a pool, which is for clients of both residencies. It also includes reception with a bar, lift and garden.
LENGTH OF THE STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimal length of stay is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to get accommodation after 16:00. The apartments have to be left on Saturday before 10:00.
